If you are using a carrier sheet line the line up the edge of the paper, not the carrier and then roll the paper up til the registration mark is just under the blade tip see if that helps it search it out any

The CraftRobo rocks, you just sit back and let it do all the work. It DOES take a bit of a learning curve but once you get the jist of it man you just print out the paper and basically hit the go button on the thing and wam bam its cut and all you have to do it fold and glue. I found some at a boat store in Blue Springs, WOW its expensive compared to the standard ole poly based stuff, I think I spent more on a quart of epoxy than I have ever spent on a gallon of the poly, ah well you got to pay to play.

Id love to come down but alas work says no heh, but yes those are great tips I might have to try that, I have alot of resources on hand to fix all sorts of things down at the shop, since I am working on restoring a fiberglassed body car.

I read how to do this a long time ago and If I remember correctly you basically have to have a special paint that lays down a conductive surface on the plastic. Then you would be able to use standard electro-plating techniques on to that surface, I will try to find that website that shows how it is ...
