Re: rivets or no rivets, that is the question

I use the secondary (i.e. fake) strap, but I do mine in black ABS so its harder to see. Instead of rivets, I cut a slit parallel to the edge in the secondary strap and feed a piece of black elastic through, simliar to what you see on a biker scout for the elbows, kness, etc. The strap has one long e...

Re: rivets or no rivets, that is the question

I use white aluminum rivets for those locations where attachments are hidden or hard to see. You can pick them up at Ace Hardware. The size is 1/8 inch. They will work for most of what you will need to attach. You may also need longer rivets for other attachments in certain circumstances. I have thr...

Re: TB questions

Atin Miller makes a really good set of Biker Scout armor for the money. I have assembled three sets of the armor now and the quality is pretty consistent. You get everything you need except for the helmet.

For the helmet, I recommend Kropserkel. Decent price and good quality.

Chris A.

2008 Dodge Charger - 501st Legion Special Edition

Hello, I wanted to share some photos of my car. I purchased the 2008 Dodge Charger new last summer and since then I have been slowly adding little accents to customize the look. I wanted a subtle look that could pass for a factory edition. So far, the feedback I have received from non-501st people h...

Heart of an Empire DVD

I finally received my copy of the Heart of an Empire DVD from Australia.

Now I just have to figure out how to convert it to NTSC so I can watch it on my DVD player instead of my laptop. :)

Its a very nice movie, although I do recommend that you bring a box of tissues with you when you watch it.
