Re: His Majesty King Henry IV of England
Are any of those events going on around the KC area? I managed to make it to one event several years ago (Lillies War). My oldest brother fights in the SCA for the mid-realm...the one wearing the Comedian outfit at Comicon. The Henry event is the theme for the Lillies War this year. :) The event is...

I was picked to portray Henry IV. This is my armor for my day of fighting. The armor is mostly stainless steel ...

Re: Imperial Officer-to-be
It does help, Chris, thanks! I feel that I'm a bit out of my depth after dealing with hard plastic for so long, so the assistance is appreciated. I've already ordered from Elvis Trooper and will be headed over to Jo-Anne's to look at cloth and find the McCall Civil War pattern, and I will be sure t...

Re: Imperial Officer-to-be
Hello, If you are doing research, maybe this info will help: If you are going to make a black uniform, I recommend using trigger cloth. It has a stiff, uniform look, is machine washable and tough. You will probably never have to make a replacement uniform due to fabric fatigue. :) Elvis Trooper is a...

As we discussed on the phone, I will probably have you covered on the cape, robe, chest box and cod piece. We just need to get together and make sure the pieces fit you good enough.the dark knight wrote:

Re: ROTS Vader Reveal Helmet

The version of the helmet I changed to ROTJ, since the shape of the top part of the helm just didnt look right to me. Anyway, I did a troop in Jefferson City yesterday for the Christmas Parade and de...
