Hey there!

I'm putting together an ANH Vader. Does anyone know if it's a requirement to have a 3 piece suit? My old suit it's just a top and bottom.

Also. I still need shin guards and shoulder armor.
I'll post pics as I go.

Also, where can I get a good voice changer/breather?

According to the CRL for the ANH Vader, a two-piece bodysuit is the preferred type. For hard armor pieces, I would try out the Sith Lords detachment. You do have to sign up to gain access, but it's worth doing for help in getting a Vader up and going. I've found a lot of answers there while putting my ROTS Vader together.

For the breathing, you can find files at the detachment to load into your mp3 player or phone and output to a speaker/speakers. The voice changer is more challenging. As far as I know, the best one is still the Vortex 2 from Hypderdyne Labs. It's expensive and sometimes difficult to get hold of, though, and I've also heard it can be finicky setting up and using. But it can sound quite good.

looking for advice from the sith lord detachment leadership is the best bet, they will give you the information that will save you money in the long run. the CRL's are being updated now, so they will be the most help.
