Now that nominations for the 2009 year are over I want to inform you that since Christina Person was the only nominee for the squad leader of the Gateway Squad, she will take on the office of squad leader for the 2009 year. Her term will begin on March 1, 2009.

I also want to thank Brian Steele, our first squad leader, for his leadership and service to Gateway Squad in its inaugural year.
