You've come a long way on this project. Kudos on a job well done! You might take some final measurements and go around the helmet. There's a piece near the vents that should have a little more flare to it at the jaw line. That's just being nitpicky tho. Nicely done and definitely pat yourself on the back for a job well done.

I've been scouring forever for a thread for you and have come up empty handed. It's a bummer cause it would have been a great resource.

AWESOME!

There's a piece near the vents that should have a little more flare to it at the jaw line? If you have some time please give more detail on this.

Thanks for the feed back Mr. Hellfast.

I think it looks fantastic. You even got that detail in the back and the cheeks look right to me. I've never seen anyone do that in a Hasbro conversion.

If I was getting nit picky I'd point out the helmet taper is off, but you addressed that earlier. Also the seam on the brow ridge is still showing behind the "ears".

Yeh, the brow trim behind the ear along with other seams are still showing in a few places. I need to bond all the seams still showing and complete a few other things that need to be done. I would have to say it is about 85% done. The primer was done to help me see where I need to touch up.

Can you post up a straight on shot of the front of your bucket? I'll superimpose a movie bucket over yours and see where the fine detailed areas are that need a little touch up.

I'm really excited about this project! You're doing excellent work! :D

Up to date progress.

It's hard to believe that a Hasbro could go from one to the other. I'm still not happy with it so I will keep filling in all the little gaps until I have it smoothed out. Anyway a side by side comparison shows what can be done with a Hasbro and some good old fashioned elbow grease.

I will be casting this Helmet some day. :D

My Hasbro conversion project is complete. Molded and cast.

I have received the first two casts and I will have the mold and other casts soon. Then I will begin the process of casting myself.
