How much more work needs to be done? I have some time tomorrow on Sunday if you want to drop it off at my place or I can come buy after Church service. I know that you are working hard to get some other stuff done. So I can give you a hand if you need it.
I may start on my conversion as well? So I could use it as ref. material.

Thanks

DTR

I might try and swing by too, since some "ahem" unknown trooper was wanting this, and he might try and help or at least get in the way

we know you are andy. all is good.

MORE NEWS!!!! the helmet is now white and orange. soon i will do the detail work. teeth, brow, brow indent and weather it up. i had a few spots in the back where it orange peeled in the indents in the sides back there. im a little pissed about that. not sure why, preped it like i always do. i can hide it with some airbrush weathering.

That is looking fantastic. You've really made those seams dissapear.

I hope you'll forgive me for pointing this out. The only nit-picky deatail I've spotted is that you only have 5 vents on the sides, not the CRL required 6. I know cutting the 6th detail is a little tricky because of the way the helmet goes together.

This thing turned out nice. It may not be 501st approvable but it was for a fellow members son like Jon said. Jon did a great job on the paint and if I were a kid I would never put this thing down. Heck I'm not and I would love to have this thing myself.
