Re: Hasbro E-11 conversion project
I purchased a Doopy Doo's Kit. I did not see any reason to re invent the wheel.

Re: Hasbro E-11 conversion project
My first step in the conversion process was to cut off the parts not needed on the scope and muzzle, and re shaped the trigger.

Re: Hasbro E-11 conversion project
Then I used plasti putty and filled in all of the screw holes and used rivets for detail in others. Then I installed the scope parts.

Re: Hasbro E-11 conversion project
I sanded off all the manufacturer warning and informational labels. Then I removed and replaced the heavy trigger guard with a more accurate one. Along the way I dry fitted all the other Kit parts to see what else needed to be changed. I attached the but stock and d ring as well. Notice the rivets in the scope rail mounting brackets.

Then I glued the ammo clip and holder to the frame.

I reconstructed the front sights and added real screws to the entire build where screews were located on the Doopy Doo's kit for detail.

I cut off the Hasbro scope rail and replaced it with a new rail. You can see the trigger guard replacement here as well.

Re: Hasbro E-11 conversion project
I added all of the parts that did not need black paint underneath them and primed the entire blaster. Wet sanded it and gave it a second coat.

Re: Hasbro E-11 conversion project
I let the primer dry for two days and then gave it a coat of flat black paint.
I painted all of the spare parts off of the blaster in order to get in behind them. After they dried I glued them on to the blaster and repainted the entire blaster.

Re: Hasbro E-11 conversion project
I weathered the blaster and installed the wiring for detail and the build was done. The entire process took me about a weeks time.
Finished.
Finished.
