Kindness Moves Me 5K - Wichita, KS 6/15/2013

On June 15, 2013 members of the 501st Legion (70th Exlporers), Rebel Legion (Dantooine Base), and The Dark Empire (Obsidian Spire) came out to help support Episcopal Social Services (ESS)/Venture House/Breakthrough Club (BTC) with their Kindness Moves Me Walk. Kindness spreads and just as ESS and BTC work everyday to spread a little kindness to our community through feeding those in need; teaching job and life skills; helping at-risk youth to make positive changes in their lives; managing money for those with severe disabilities; and assisting people living with mental illness to gain more independence. We want our community to celebrate the positive effects of showing kindness toward others and ask that race participants keep it moving by performing an intentional act of kindness for someone else on race day.
