Children's Mercy Hospital Visit - July 2013

Members of the 501st Legion, Rebel Legion, Mandalorian Mercs,The Dark Empire, and the R2 Builders joined local super heros for a visit to Kansas City Children's Hospital on July 23, 2013. Children could take pictures with their favorite heros/villains as well as Elite Comics provided a selection of toys for the kids. Darryl Woods, KC area LFL artist, drew pictures for the kids as well. Those in attendance from the Star Wars groups included; Bruce Cottingham (Republic Commando), Travis Macken (R2), Nate Lesan (TK), Johnston M. Lutton (TK), Brandon Elliot (TK), Kevin Randall Austin (Jedi Knight), Jhatonna Turner (Ewok), William Holmes (Boba Fett), Trenton N Tobin (Photographer), Krissy 'Kit' Bebel (Handler). A special thanks to Superwoman Jessica Meditz-Porter for coordinating this event and making it a reality.
