70th Explorers Garrison: Forums

Members of the 501st Legion, Rebel Legion, Mandalorian Mercs, The Dark Empire, and The R2 Builders came out to The University of Kansas Medical Center to visit patients and spread a little Galactic cheer on 8/3/2013. Our groups visited patients and staff in Pediatrics, Oncology, and Cardiac Units. Dustin Draper, asked us to originally visit a dear friend Tim Rowe (AKA "Wolverine") and to throw him a special surprise. However, due to the efforts of Dustin and Jenni Bennett and the hospitality of The University of Kansas Medical Center we were able to visit several wings. Those in attendance included: Jenni Bennett (Tusken Raider), Bennett Gladden (TK), Trenton N Tobin (Tusken Raider), Kevin Randall Austin (Jedi Knight), Kyle Detrick (Jedi Knight), Nate Lesan (TK), Travis Macken (R2-D2), Dustin Draper (Handler), Lianne Marie (photographer), and James Miller (Photographer).
