Kansas University Medical Center Visit

Members of the 501st Legion, Rebel Legion, Mandalorian Mercs, and the KC R2 Builders Club visited The University of Kansas Hospital on Saturday, November 2nd, 2013. They brought some cheer to patients in several units including 2 cardiac floors (Cardiothoracic and Cardiovascular Progressive Care), and 2 cancer units (Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant). Those in attendance included Jenni Bennett (Tusken Raider/Event Coordinator), William C Holmes (Boba Fett), Bruce Cottingham (Sandtrooper), Nate Lesan (TK), Travis Macken (R2-D2), and Tony Pierce (Imperial Officer/Handler).
