I think that 3.5 inches is for the small ice cube and this thing has a larger mold with it.

According to the CRL:
•Zippers on the inside of the boot are acceptable, so long as they are concealed. If the zipper is not covered by vinyl/leather, it should be painted black.

Absolutely not! Just do a Google search on the place and you'll see...
Basically the guy fled the country for being a scumbag AND his costumes are crap.

You'll spend more money fixing them than buying them and his junk isn't cheap.

For the 70th, its mostly KC and STL but we do hit other places.
