the stuff wally was using at http://environmolds.com/product_info.php?cPath=22&products_id=37 looks very promising. if you were to use the smoothon equivalent it would cost you a couple hundred dollars to just make the mold for the cast, but their lifecasting silicon does last forever. the algin...
