Re: TK armor set info needed
Actually, most of the kits of armor out there are already set up so that you can sit down. FX was the only one I am aware of in which the kidney and butt pieces were one piece, and even its replacement (AM) now comes in two pieces just like they are in ANH & ESB. I had to cut my FX kidney/butt i...

Re: TK armor set info needed
Forgot to mention two more types: RT-Mod & AP. The RT suit is ABS and is a fan-sculpt, like AM & TM. It is built for larger/taller folks in mind but can be sized down somewhat like AM. It is also is still more accurate-looking than AM, but not as much as TE2, ATA or AP. I have an RT suit as ...

Re: Jon Jones is Darth Vader
Awesome, Jon. You've put some hard work into that costume, glad to see it's paid off!
Now I just need a few finishing touches on my Vader and I'll be joining you in the Sith brotherhood.

And make sure you have a drink with Isaac Washington.kbfett wrote:"Grand Admiral Zazarus report to the bridge and relieve Captain Stubing"
Congrats, Dave! You now really outrank everyone you'll troop with - unless Vader or the Emperor are around. Ah, forget 'em.

ROTS Darth Vader WIP
As some of you know and some don't, I've been working on putting together a Darth Vader from "Revenge of the Sith". Partially because the garrison doesn't have one yet, but mostly because I finally gave into the "demands" that some have been putting on me to undergo a Vader build...

Re: Wally's Cad Bane Build
Looking great, Wally! Wide-brimmed hat's off to you and to everyone who has the patience and tenacity to stick with creating your own molds and working with vac tables. My talents definitely do not lie in those directions, so to see you work and work on getting the gauntlets just right is quite impr...

Shock Troopers' tube stripes are actually blue, as well, and Gree doesn't have any. Just for accuracies' sake.the dark knight wrote:and gree's are green and shock troopers are red. but im sure they are blue on the rest

Re: Clone Trooper 2.0
It depends on the clone. For most (including the grunt) they are blue. The only one that I know of that's different is 327th which are black.

Re: Clone Trooper 2.0
Good idea. The differences in the armor are so minor that double-duty with a helmet change is definitely doable. I think we do need more Ep II clones. :) I've been thinking off and on for a while now about obtaining another set of armor and going Phase I (AOTC), but if I did I would be doing a Null-...

Re: Imperial Officer-to-be
There's actually a good quick how-to for code cylinders on the Imperial Officers Corps detachment forums, which is what I used to build my cylinders. I'll try and get a pic or two up in the next day or so so you can see how they turned out.
