Post by darthmaul82 »

I recently starting purchasing stuff for my costume. I need to know how do you keep your boots in such good shape and how do you take care of scuff marks and stuff like that

Well, I know you can buy white liquid shoe polish. It's the stuff people write "Just Married" or "Seniors Rule" on their car windows with. I'd look into that. But honestly, a damp cloth and a little rubbing has always worked for me.

409 works for me when removing scuff marks on my boots.

For the armor, I use polishing compound.

Windex or Neverdull. Neverdull works the best.

I use GooGone to remove the scuffs on my boots and armor. I then use the polishing compond on the armor. :)
