Well the only way to describe how I feel is totally stoked. I got the new controller in redid all the wiring from scratch and its running great. I need to make some programming tweeks but I can press the xbox 360 controller buttons and it runs the correct patterns and at two speeds.

It was brought to my attention that you have to have a facebook account to see the pictures. So I moved them to a photobucket account.

Trenton and I assembled the guts of the rear drive pods. Cut out the other layers of the head. I hope to start cutting the front legs this week.

New pictures added to the photobucket site.

Well I haven't given a status report in a few days. I did get some work done to T3 over the weekend. I have the front legs cut out and in the raw form. I still need to draw and cut out the front feet, front shoulders, 2 small body panels and the rear feet panels. I have the rear drive pods installed and wired up. I should be able to do some weighted motor and control tests this week.

My primary goal is to get the frame driveable for Dragon Con. It is going to come down to the wire to see if I make it or not.

Did the first rolling motor test over the weekend. It responds to commands and the motor controller seems to be working as desired. I need to get the front legs mounted before I can really give it a good running test.

Are you going to ramp something, test out the shocks a bit?

I highly doubt it will ever see more than the ramp I am going to use it to load into a vehicle.

I did cut out the front feet last night I also hollowed out the layers of the head so that they are not as heavy (the weight of the head was reduced by at least half). Hopefully I will have some moving video by the weekend.
