FX Armor Instructions

Post by TrooperKerry »

Hey Everyone,

I have armor in all 47 pieces LOL, and no way to put it together. The seller e-mailed all the instructions, but AOL won't allow the download, something about security issues??????

I have turned everything off like pop up blocker and allowing cookies etc, AOL is still a NO GO

I have found lots of tutorials, but to build the entire set of armor by running back and forth from the garage to the computer...................well basically it's a big pain in the %#$$ (see I even censor myself)

Anyway LOL, I know of some mods I want to make, correct buttons, enclosing the sides of the ab and back plate but I still have to do the general assembly :cackle:

So if some one has a set of instructions they no longer need, or are willing to photo copy them and mail them, Please send me a message, I'd be happy to compensate you for the effort, esp since I have a storage container full of parts!!!!!

Thanks!! :stormtrooper:

Here is a great thread for an AP set. It is long but very informative.

And here is the FISD site for armor building. I suggest that you join this site (it is a 501st site). It is a great site for stormtroopers.

Thanks! I joined FISD shortly after here.................................but FX isn't "popular" shall we say by the majority 0_o

I did check out that thread, and it will help with below the neck, thank you for finding it for me!

But until such time as I can upgrade to a different bucket, I want to build the one that came with the kit................and that I can't find. I already have the flat lenses, as that was one of the first things I noted everyone was doing, so I orded them the same day as my armor.

It was suggested I just sell my FX bucket on ebay, but I can't even really do that without instructions, since its still in 6 pieces plus the lenses

I am so ready to start building LOL, it's driving me NUTS! :frustrated:
