The helmet is a huge improvement over the Kellogs and Rubies. You have a Mario bucket there as it doesn't have the neck ring. There's a story behind the Mario buckets. Needless to say, it's a very nice bucket.

You'll be very popular for the Clone Wars movie release.

That looks great! The 501st color is a good touch. ;) I so want to work on a set of Clone armor...but I'm putting the finishing touches on my FISD Elite TK armor and am also building up a sandtrooper.

Awesome job!

The upgrades look fantastic!!! Two thumbs up on a job well done, bro. I have two recommendations:

1. Weather the fett pouches to match the rest of the gear.
2. Although acceptable, snaps for the Ab plate buttons are not necessary. The Snaps, usually used in the case of the TK, are just a tad too big for us clones. Recommend drilling small holes or leaving the indentions and weather them to make them stand out.

It looks great as is, however. Fantastic job!!!!!

Can we get a better angle of the gun? I would like to see that.

I would agree with the buttons. My ab plate has none BUT they are weathered to show up. Another way is like JH said, drill out the holes and place black/painted ABS behind the holes. If you see close ups of the ab plate, they actually look recessed. Hope that makes sense.

I'll post it later today. I used an ROTJ Endor Rifle (A-281?) that I had out. Currently, my Cushman DC-15 Long Rifle has alot of unpainted Bondo on it. :)

The upgrade process has begun...

Here's what I'll be working on adding/modifying/swapping out for, etc:
1. Steelblitz's comm-pad
2. KWdesigns' bi-ceps
3. C6 front and back chest plate
4. Belt
5. Clone Forearm
5. Kama
6. Paint

The comm-pad, bi-ceps, forearm, and kama are needed for accuracy. Also, I need to repaint the silver in the armor. It will be weathering into the existing paint job, but will be either black or white. Also, the belt and the ab sections will be base painted white.

The C6 parts are a replacement that I wanted to make to the armor. The original belt snapped in half while I was at the Airline Troop. It still wearable, but I got a good deal on a replacement.

Now I just need to venture to Wal-Mart for the bondo, epoxy, and paint. Oh and I'm waiting for the C6 parts to arrive.
