Wow, that's nice. My bucket's off to you.

I see you don't have the chin greeblie. I'm assuming you took it off before casting it. How hard was it to get that off? Does it just pop off or was there more work required? I've had a second helmet sitting on my shelf for over a year that I've barely touched. Strange as it may sound, that chin greeblie might be the key to get me working on it again. I'll have to look at it later tonight. Any advice about it before I do?

I just cut it out of the helmet all together. After I hand sculpted one from film footage and made a mold and cast them alone so they can be added to the cast helmets later.

My first casting is all wet sanded and ready for primer and paint. I should have a finished product in the next two weeks. :D
