Update! The neck seal has been mocked up to a rough draft. Here are some progress pics.

For a Hasbro that's close. I realize that the back could be reconstructed some but my melon is rather large so I think I will keep the extra room. FOR NOW! :)

Worked on the tail light today for the Mo hawk. The dark spot on the left was a piece of plastic and it has been removed. I am keeping my fingers crossed that when this thing gets under primer and paint that the light will not show threw the bucket it self. I trimmed down the mo hawk in order to get the correct angle on the end where the tail light gets installed.

Found a piece of red material that worked out well.

Did some bondo work today touched up the left cheek, mo hawk and worked on the neck ring some. More pics soon.

Wow, this is looking good.

I'd venture to say this looks like it will be better than the helmets stormtrooperguy sells (a cast of a hasbro conversion). Dunno if you have thoughts about casting and selling them, but I think you would find a market.

I have the neck ring done and attached to the bucket. I need to do some bondo work to finish it. I would like to do another one so it can be removed after mocking it up, for other reasons. :D

More progress. I do believe that I have the neck ring done. I am very pleased with how it turned out. It's about as cannon as It can be short of making it smaller and using rare earth mags to make it removable and hold it together. I chose to mold it to the bucket as one piece.

The mold cast for the vocoder was a success. I will post up some photos as soon as I can.

More progress. The bucket has been wet sanded and primed and wet sanded again. The vocoder has been done and will be shown at a later date. The bucket still needs some bondo work done to fill in some seams along with the lense area. The neck seal is done along with a few other mods.

Sorry for the stall. I have several other projects going on.
