Hasbro Conversion 3

Post by TK-4484 »

Well since Josh got a new Boba bucket for his birthday I am going to attempt an Arc Trooper helmet. Well my skills are nothing compared to Jon and Dallas but since he is a Galactic Academy Cadet I don't have to know all the CRLs and this is just for fun.
How it started

And now

Wish me luck and thanks for all the answers that Jon and Dallas are going to be giving me

No problem, we are here to help. Question? Do you remember how to put it back together? LOL! Just kidding that's how it starts out, in pieces. I didn't take that much out of it to be honest because I felt that it would hold together better with allot of the inside parts. I did however remove some of the inside today to do some more adhesive work for better vent support. Give me a call if you need any help.

Looking good.

dont forget to lightly sand it with 220 grit BEFORE you primer it. :wavey: it will help the primer stick as well.

Vader and Mr. wavey dont go together very well. I picture Vader as a bad #@#. If Mr. wavey had the death grip on someone, then it might work. LOL

Make sure you do it outside. Or you'll be feeling the dark side on your back side like I did when My wife got home and smelled bondo in the house. :D
I had a fan running doesn't that count for something? Guess not :grinno:

Oh don't worry, I learned that lesson already. The smell wasn't the issue it was the bondo dust all over the garage and everything in it.
