Helmet Help!

Post by Starkill20 »

Hey guys so I am pretty far along in my build, but I have a slight issue with the helmet
Image
At a distance it seems fine but under the right lighting and angle

It seems the magnets bent the plastic a little bit :(
Can this be over looked? And if not how can I fix this?
The sooner I could know the better as I'm trying to complete the armor this week.

Ehh just paint it like the Boba Fett. He has a big dent in his helmet!

On a serious note. Use a heat gun (a hairdryer will work but may take longer) and heat up the area slowly. This will make the plastic malleable and you should be able to push it back in place. Be careful to keep the heat gun moving so you do not completely melt the plastic. If you need help you can always come to a Armor Party.
