More to Come soon my mother is working on the undersuit as we speak and I will be working on the cumberbund and vest pretty soon as soon as the skirt is finished actually. Leahter dye is fun stuff ever seen barney well that ain't the right purple cause there must be a billion different shades of purple. Anyway the holster (last pic) is all but finished I may go back and redo it but for now I personally think it looks pretty good not 100% acurate but would pass muster with the common fan I'm sure. My dad and i are going to lathe out the blaster barrel next weekend so should have alot more pics in the next week for everyone.

You certainly picked an ambitious project for your fiancee. I obviously have not done a Zam getup, but I would think it would be one of the more detailed costumes to create and could be a bit pricey as well. Your progress is looking really good so far, bro. Have you been visiting the dented helmet for suggestions? I know there were a few guys on the RPF selling some pieces for the Zam gear as well.

Two thumbs up on a job well done, bro.

Sounds like I need to get over to RPF. As far as the dented helmet I think I have read every post there, but most of that stuff is getting old and pics are missing and people can be less than helpful there too. All in all it is fun and frustrating all in one heh.

Man, that is looking good. Keep it up. You'll need to send the picks of the wife modeling it, for some reason I don't think you would look right modeling it for us.
