I have finished my Dr. Doom.

All the pieces, except for the mask, were made by me including the softparts. Many of the pieces are patterned after late period medieval armor with a modern sci fi twist. The photos make it look more silver than it is in person. The armor has more of a automotive gloss to it then the pictures make it appear.

The gauntlets, for example, were vaccuum formed from a set of 15th century finger gauntlets.

I hope you enjoy the pictures. Any feedback and constructive criticism is welcome.

Wow, looks great!

It's hard to come up with much constructive criticism for this, I had to check a few reference photos. The cape connection bits (the two big gold circles and the chain) look too high, it might be that your hood is partially covering them. Shading on comic book characters is always very dramatic so the inside of the cape is darker. Unfortunately comic book shading doesn't mirror reality very well. I don't know if there is a quick and easy way to darken the shade the inside of the cape, but I think it would help add an extra level of depth. Lastly, nearly every picture of Doom has him standing with a really wide stance. Usually with his feet out past his shoulders (including the armor). Or he's standing on something like he's climbing or he taking huge strides...

I'm a big Fantastic Four fan and I couldn't spot anything wrong with it before I went looking for images. It looks fantastic as is. Great Job.
