One of our prospective members is marching in a parade in St. Louis on October 27,2012 and wanted me to pass along the info on this.

Hi Curt,
Here's the ifo I have for the parade.

Hope we can get more Star Wars guys other than me! ;)

Thanks for ALL the help!

Geo

Hi all -

Here are the details for the annual Halloween celebration in the CWE on Saturday, October 27th. The daytime is all about “family friendly” activities and the evening is all about adult fun.

I’ll be in the CWE all day. Mike’s planning to bring the kids down for the Costume Parade and Party and then will return later in the evening.

I realize it's a busy time for everyone. Would love to have you join the festivities if you can. Let me know if I can answer any questions.

11am
Children's Costume Parade & After Party
- lots of costume characters
- Cinderella and Prince Charming in a Pumpkin carriage
- Bubbles and more

12noon
Trick or Treating in the CWE (local merchants)

1pm
Dog Costume Parade & Contest

7pm - 11pm
Adult Costume Contest & Party
- Great people watching
- Over $3,000 in cash prizes
- Contest is from 9pm – 11pm

Cheers,

Frannie

I can't make it but maybe somebody else could help him out. :)

I've been to this before. This night time party is pretty fun. It's usually crowded too. FYI, it's change outside by your car though (unless you're lucky enough to have a costume you can drive in).

Hi guys,

Sorry for the late post, my father passed away last Friday and we buried him today so I've been overwhelmed with planning and preparing. I'll be at the parade tomorrow, we are going to meet near Jon Tomas salon, in Maryland Plaza, we can also change inside there. I'll be wearing my TK suit. My son won't be suiting up because he will be Prince Charming!

I hope some of you might still be able to make it! my cell is 314-503-4941, if you can make it give me a call!

Thanks!

George

Hi guys, It's actually Paul Mitchell in the CWE not Jon Tomas. There is a place to change inside for the parade. We are meeting at 10:30 suited up. Hope some of you can possibly make it.

Thanks!

Geo

HI everyone,

It seems I'm the "short-notice guy"...

I've been asked again to march in the parade and take photo ops with the kids (and adults). The parade is tomorrow in the Central West End. Same schedule as it was last year. My cell is 314-503-4941 if you'd like to come join me and my family and friends. I know a lot of you are busy prepping for the Rams game, but if you have time, come join us! :) We plan to be there between 9:30-10:00 am.

It was a great time and there were a lot of kids and adults in costumes and they swarmed us all.

Thanks in advance.

George
