I think Dave and CJ might be going. I'm not sure if I'll make it to this one or not....still undecided.

Post by mandalorian hunter »

will any of you be in your gear or not. I've heard that it'd be ok. from outsiders though. not from the people having the con. I'm trying to reach them to see if its ok.

TK-565 (Dave) spoke with them and they really wouldn't give an indication one way or the other. I suppose as long as you follow the rules ( don't try to enter yourself into contests because the contests are "Anime/manga" only) they really can't tell you 'no'. We've geared up at other anime cons and have yet to have a problem with the staff at any of them thus far.

This just in:

CJ has a problem not purchasing things at anime conventions.

My wallet weeps, but the devil on my shoulder is sataited by the fact I wasted so much money on me ( And Dave... and some of my friends.)

We seem to have a spammer on the boards now. This is the second one I've seen. Does this forum software have any anti-spam measures?

I have added the usernames of Guest and Party Poker to the disallowed list. Let me know the specific usernames that keep cropping up with the spam so that we can get this locked down. Since we are housed on Aaron's server, I'll have him check it to make sure everything is spyware free as well. Not to worry though. We're working on it. :)
