Clone Wars on Cartoon Network

Post by Dinadin TK-5972 »

I just saw that Cartoon Network will start showing episodes of Clone Wars, starting Friday nights in October. I haven't seen Clone Wars, so I don't know if this is just the movie cut up or what. There is a pretty cool looking scene with what looks like Y-wings with all the fueslage attached. Has anyopne else head about this show?

I knew the main goal of the movie was to herald in the show, yes.
hadn't heard that it would be so soon though...

The movie was actually put together from the first three episodes of the show. They went and combined them to introduce the characters and it also gave Uncle George a chance to make an extra 25 mil so far. And I also read that they didn't want to space out the movie from the show to far so they could keep it in the mind of their younger audience.

Ok... I threw out my true feelings about the Star Wars Clone Wars Cartoon Movie.
You can read it here: http://www.70thexplorers.com/board/view ... f=6&t=1967
but after you read it rocks will be thrown at me or something along the lines of "Patience I think is the key" will be said.
That's fine... cause right now before the election of 08' we still have our own opinions and freedom of speech is still considered a U.S.A. right.

ON A HAPPIER NOTE

I watched the series Friday and was very, very pleased with it. Why you say after such I fit I threw over the Clone wars movie? Because it was was meant for TV and therefore I accepted it and loved it. Watched it again. Yep... watched it again cause I TiVoed it and have already saved the files to make a season one dvd in the future.

I give it on a scale of 1 to 10.. (10 being highest) an 8!!

I look forward to watching the rest of the series!!

Do to my work comp knee, standing in lines for the movie is out of the question at present, however I did record Clone Wars on Cartoon Network (yep with a VHS) LOL. I also still have dial up internet :x

Anyway, I was surprised, that I actually liked it.........I was surprised that the clone armor looked pretty good! I figured since it was on cartoon network that it would be kinda bad, I was nicely surprised!
