WOW nice job. Now the hard part is try to keep cool. I think we all have that problem.
If nothing sticks to teflon......then how does teflon stick to the pan?

Re: Royal Guard Project
Well after multiple troops in the Don Post helmet, it was inevetable that some razzafrazza person would drop it. And when they did, a whole chunk broke out. Anyone at the museum knew how happy I was about it...even though it was an accident.
Obviously it was getting to the point I couldn't keep it going for much longer. Then the razzafrazza cat got to it and decided to make it a litter box. And I wore it without realizing it. Blech! Gag! Cough! Bart's son put it on even though I warned him!! =) ha ha!! =)
Enter the new fiberglass recast of the don post. A little roomier and it's lined with squishy foam and red material! It's almost prettier on the inside. It had a beautiful automotive like paint job when I got it, minus some huge chips. Then I dropped it. Awesome. So David used magic bondo crap on it and I resanded and painted it. I replaced the lining and here she is...all red and prettiful.

Looking great! Sounds like helmet life is something we should work on next.
