wanting to do a clone commander

Hey everyone I'm new to armor building but iv been looking at these threads and others on the net for months and months I got almost everything I need to build a suit I got a helmet, armor set, and a belt kit the only thing I don't have yet is the straps ( shoulder, elbow, and knee ) and the shoes I also have a few guns I made out of pvc and wood. I work bon my armor when ever I can between kids and work me and my son both decided on commander deviss I'm also still in the middle of trying to cut and fit my armor together and because of my size ( 6'3'' 220.....ok 250) I'm having to add a lot of extra to the sides to fit good but for most part its coming along ok so far but if there is any info or advise anyone can give any will be greatly appreciated hope to be talking to you folks in the future
