It's coming along nicely! I can't wait to see this thing done. It's going to be the talk of any event you attend. Nice work and nice steady pace. Keep up the good work, bro. :D

So today I fired up the oven and went to town...interesting thing was my oven took 16 min to cook the HIPS I'm using...so while I waited I made a pattern out of foam for the boot collar. I will make the collar out of leather. I also made a prototype for the rockets using a "Monster" shooter called Sniper, a ping pong ball, the top off a plastic water bottle and a bal of clay...turned out alright (Thanks to Wyatt for the ideas). The pulls I think came out nice the spidering on the underside will be cut and sanded down so no issues there. I actually helped give me a better pull. I also finished the tunic and leathered one of the holsters (the tunic and holster were last night). Here are the pics

So now I'm coming to the home stretch and I'm all over the place working a little here, wait for that to dry there, oh I think I hear the baby crying  So here are some updates. The one thing that needs explaining is the fact that I drilled out the wrist details. They just didn't work for me. I'll be making some greeblies to glue there. Also the disks on the boots are place holders.

First test wear to see what gets tore up and how it feels...put it on all alone, not recommended. The tubing system need mod since it actually turned me into a hunchback since the tubes weren't in the right spot to let me stand upright. Knocked off a couple of parts from the gaunlets...not bad for a non troop
