Re: Clone update
Well, I do believe that CT-2055 is good to go. I weathered the boots more, fixed the paldron issue (mostly), and attached the holsters via machine screws instead of snaps. I think I'll add some plastic behind the holster straps to give them a little more rigidity but will still leave them some flexibility. I also am getting another kama with slightly larger measurements so that it fits better. In the future I might re-do the bandolier so that it curves around the chest piece more, but that's more for aesthetics than anything.
Hopefully this suit will make it through approval!

Agreed this thing is totally awsome I'm in the midst of doing a clone commander aswell I'm shooting for a deviss I made a paldron before I assembled my chest and back plate looks kind of short so I'm redoing it and I got some canvas the other day to make my kama but I'm still debating how I wanna connect the chest and back plate but yeah looks awsome

Re: Clone update
Thanks! To connect the chest & back plates, I just cut down two pieces of ABS, put Velcro on both ends and on the matching sides of the plates, and connect them together. It's worked out well so far, haven't had them separate as they seal together good. Others have done it different ways with success, but I decided to keep it simple.dennybobbutt wrote:Agreed this thing is totally awsome I'm in the midst of doing a clone commander aswell I'm shooting for a deviss I made a paldron before I assembled my chest and back plate looks kind of short so I'm redoing it and I got some canvas the other day to make my kama but I'm still debating how I wanna connect the chest and back plate but yeah looks awsome
