Commander Cody
Picked up a Commander Cody project from The Dark Knight the other day. He got a good start on it but he has decided to hand off the helmet to me to finish up.
His previous post to the forum was "Movie Cody Time". This was some of his progress on the project. The Helmet was a complete tear down as you can see from the photos he posted previous.
This is what I started with here.
After some work on the front and left side and Mohawk.
I have removed the cheek and will replace it with new material. The entire bucket is getting a good sanding and then I will apply new bondo and sculpt in what needs to be covered or repaired.

Re: Commander Cody
Made some more progress on Cody. Added new cheeks on each side after some bondo work and sanding. Then I sculpted in the chin. I will start the work on the dome next and then work on the back.

More progress. I removed the dome pads and cut off about 1/4" I added new panels and I will attach the detail pieces to the top after I bondo and reshape the new dome pads.

Re: Commander Cody
Rough shaped the dome pads today along with some bondo work. Started on some parts as well to help keep me interest and to break up all of the sanding.

Started the visor today.
It still needs some adjustment and tweaking.
