I think you missed the orientation...they don't really have to ability to choke people to death they just think they do. Everybody remember hands around throat...eyes rolling back and he is down good show. Now two floor chiefs will remove the body fit him with a mustache and he is back as Commander Leopold.

IMO I think that was one of the best ones on that show.
