70th Explorers Garrison: Forums

Ok some of you know I have a M35A2 - 2.5 ton truck, that is more a big toy for me than anything else. I still need to repaint it, but it is pretty much ok as it is. My real project restoring a WW2 halftrack. I thought I had posted this before, but I couldn't find a post anywhere. It started out as a major restoration effort and then a found a deal on a second which runs and is rather complete. Here is a link to my website.

I don't really have that page open to the public yet, because I plan on bringing that to my next paintball game and surprise everyone.

It needs work done on it, but the key point is that I can play with it, work on it, play with it, work on it, etc. I plan on doing reenactments, parades and use it in paintball games. Maybe one day I will get lucky take part in a movie.

Now that is really cool.

If you ever want to decorate it with some Imperial cogs, some laser turets and load up the back with Stormtroopers, I am sure you could find a parade or two to drive it in. Not to mention and bunch of troopers to ride in the back.

OK, where are you keeping that?
I can't imagine that you can take it home and park it in the driveway.

I am keeping that at my friend's house in Robertsville. He has about 8 acres out in BFE and 45 minutes away, but he has all the tools I need. I was looking at a house online in the Fenton area with 1 acre which would have been great for building a shop to store it and work on it, but that was take off the market.

who is your friend in Robertsville, thats where i grew up for most my life... and where at.... exactly, not that its that large of a town. lol

My friend's name is Ken Murray, he lives on Bridle Trail. That is closer to Hwy 30 on N, I believe or is that O.

that would be HWY N... a few miles past Woodland hills (where i used to live)
