Hello,

My Portumac chest box and belt finally arrived today. I must say Im not impressed with DHL's ability to fix shipping mistakes, but Im happy the items arrived in one piece.

The box and belt are of pretty good quality, with only a few minor issues I think that could have been done better.

I also picked up my boots from Dawson's shoe repair today and they look pretty good. They turned out with more "lift" than I had originally planned. Instead of a 1 inch up front and a 2 inch on the heal, its more like 2 inches up front and 3 or more on the heal. Not quite KISS boots, but Im sure they will be fine.

Progress continues....

I finished making the cod piece and body suit last night and I think they turned out really well.

The shin armor also arrived in the mail, so the only piece Im missing is the shoulder armor.

Almost there........I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!

You did a fantastic job in such a short amount of time. Two thumbs up on a job well done.

One of the things you'll learn as you wear Vader is to relax your shoulders...even as if forcing them as low as possible. This will help keep from crushing the shoulder armor up into the neck making it look like you don't have a neck at all.

Very nice job, mate!!!

Thanks guys!

Im pretty happy with the way it turn out. Later this week I will get some good quality pictures done so I can submit it for formal approval.

Having a Vader in central Missouri should help out with events, I think.
