I've wanted to learn the skills required to make armor. So the first thing I choose to make is an episode 2 clone trooper helmet. It's difficult to do. I'm learning a lot from the attempt and that was really the goal. I thought I'd post this here and get some feedback. Progress is slow, but here are the pictures I took last night.
Progress is very slow, here are some pictures from nearly 3 weeks ago that show the process I'm using. I've been looking at two reference pictures and trying to match up to them as best I can.
Anyhow, I've been keeping a build log over on the clone empire forums.

Is that what this suff is? I thought I asked for Plasticine not Plasique. It's a simple slip of the tounge, could've happened to anyone. They really shouldn't sell it in the same section of the arts and crafts store. That's just asking for confusion.
Well as long as I've got it I might as well make the most of it.
Clones were blindly loyal. I wonder if they would have had a problem if someone told them to strap that to their head.
