try your internet security settings too as well as the firewall settings you might have them set too high, you also might have to allow all cookies and just run spybot and ad-aware on your computer once a week to get rid of the spyware you download and clean your cookies out under my computer, you might even have to clean your temp internet files your memory might be too full to allow the temp download of files. just a thought.
