You definitely have some nice pieces in that bunch of gear you have there. The calves are the only thing that gave me a little fit the first time I did the spoon inserts. After the first one, the others rolled out as easy as could be. Keep up the good work. Don't hesitate to ask questions as you travel down the build process.

Thank you! I think the spoons are close im just going real slow so far they look good. I think tonight my wife will help me with the arms to get them cut down to size and just go from there.

You're well on your way, bro, and your build so far is top notch. Keep on building. It's coming together nicely.

I esp enjoyed the pic of your daughter holding your DC15.............nothing like a weapon that is bigger than the person holding it :rockin:

Troy,
I think that your armor looks great. I do have one suggestion, which is one that I was told on my first clone. The center ridge on the knee armor should run straight up and down. You might want to try adding padding under the armor. I use a volley ball knee pad, that I picked up at Wal-mart.

Again, the armor looks great as is. Good Job!!!

Yea they want to tilt in for some reason. Ive got the oscs armor with the foam inserts for the knees and elbows. Seems like alot of the photos I see of oscs armor alot of people have the same problem. Thanks for the idea :heh:
