definitely Andy... the CareBear clover on the front and if you look closely he's getting ready to CareBear Stare a kid... you can see it in his eyes

I actually saw this article on Kontraband.com I guess it's a sister site or something. A guy put it up on coreplanets and I checked it out there. Great work!
