70th Explorers Garrison: Forums

Okay guys..............Since my Birthday is coming up, family members have asked what I want
And I don't feel it's appropriate to ask them to pay for my Republic Commando armor (although that would be awesome)....So I was thinking about the soft Uniform. All I really have been able to find as that it would be Black cloth vs the Grey of Imperial Navy. I did a google search, and several people have links and they all give different patterns to use.

I can't sew, however other members of the family can......so I need a jumping off point. It looks as if the hats are modified civil war or WWII hats????

Rank Badges...............is there a source that someone can recommend?

Tons of questions, I know................but would be nice to have another option besides armor, even if it's TK vs RC.

Here is the detachment page. I've been looking it over and there is alot more to the costume than you can see at first glance so I would start reading everything you can on their boards.
