New Executive Officer of the 70th Explorers

I wanted to announce that Chris Adams (TK-8100) will be stepping in to the Executive Officer position.
Ral has stepped down as he has not had the time to devote to the role.
Thanks for your service Ral and welcome to the XO job Chris.

Ral's doing okay, right? The XO position certainly does take it's toll on the ole time factor.
