I am curious to see how many people like the look of the clean armor, of any type, versus the battle worn dirty armor.

I personally prefer the battle worn, dirty armor of the Sandtroopers, late episode 3 clones and Boba Fett. They all look like they have weathered what has been thrown at them and they are still going. Much like the Millenium Falcon and Y-wings.

I like battle worn better, but only if it's done right. Too many sandtroopers out there look overdone.

Too many Sandtroopers look like their Dewback took a giant s...... anyway.

I am current in real combat, I know no matter how nice your rig looks before you go out, it will come back dirty. Sand gets everywhere! Even in water-proof stuff....wierd.

I am a fan of the battle-worn look, as long as it is done in true Star Wars style. Look at Fett as a fine example of how paint wears off and scratchs form.

Yes, like any good little TK, I have my shinny well polished Uniform in the wall-locker, but we know the real boys and girls go out and get dirty and just don't give a da.....
