ESB Fett build
After long consideration between Vader and Fett I have chosen to go with an ESB Boba Fett build. This will not be a quick build due to the cost involved. Anyway here we go.
Got the bucket today.
I have the parts I need for the blaster build, now I just need to get them together.

I am intimidated by your ridiculously clean workspace.
I look forward to seeing your build.

Re: ESB Fett build
I love seeing Fett builds. I'd love to do the ROTJ version, but little ol me and that jetpack would probably not get along.
I look forward to seeing this take off!

LOL! No need to be. It is usually not this clean. I am in the staging process at the moment. I like to get all the materials together first and then make a mess. I guess I could be called somewhat of a neat freak as well. LOL!

Re: ESB Fett build
Now I'm going to have to get cracking on mine. I have a ROTJ SE version myself, with most of it built. The last main piece is the gauntlets, of which I have the parts just not the time commitment to get it done.
Look forward to seeing your progress.

Re: ESB Fett build
Dallas,
Most of my Jango Fett parts started out as Boba pieces and I modified them. I have some spare parts for gauntlets, knees, and templates for armor that you can use.
Just let me know.
Regards,
Chris

Re: ESB Fett build
Bought the scope and the rails.
What will be the girth belt with some mods and coloring.
My armor is on order from redkraytdragon. I chose to go with the V2 seeing that I will be working toward a 501st
approved build. I should have it in a few weeks.

Re: ESB Fett build
The Armor arrived today! Very pleased with the shipping,WOW! The armor looks great he does good work.
I started to work on the stock of the blaster today. Measured it out and drew out the shape. Then I started on the greeble stencils. I wanted to be sure they were the correct size first before I started to cut them out for the basic shape and start sculpting them for molding.

Very nice! How much did the armor run you if you don't mind me asking?

Re: ESB Fett build
I hate to throw prices out on the boards when the items for sale don't belong to me, because pricing is always subject to change. For more information on a set see" redkraytdragon " on the BHG forum.Tyran wrote:Very nice! How much did the armor run you if you don't mind me asking?

Re: ESB Fett build
Worked on the greeblies for the stock of my EE-3 Blaster. They are all cut out now I just need to attach the pieces together and then fill in any imperfections. Add a few details and then the molding process will begin so I can cast some solid parts.

Re: ESB Fett build
Finished assembling the greeblies last night. I picked up the set screws for them today. So I will be sanding them down and detailing them soon. I was able to pick up a Revell Visible V-8 Engine kit today to harvest some much needed parts for the blaster. Of course I will be taking these parts and casting them so I have an endless supply on hand at all times.
