DESCRIPTION:Hello from the Saint Louis Science Center!  \n\nThis is your of
 ficial invitation for our upcoming SciFest: Play and Creativity Expo--a fr
 ee\, all-day event showcasing how STEM concepts\, innovation\, play\, and 
 creativity all go together\, where visitors can meet\, work\, and play alo
 ngside some of the most innovative artists\, sports and game organizations
 \, STEM experts\, entrepreneurs\, and creative types in the St. Louis regi
 on and beyond.\n\n \n\nExpected attendance for this event is 3\,800 for th
 e day! This is usually one of our larger SciFest events.\n\nWe&rsquo\;d li
 ke you to come and demonstrate your creative process\, innovation\, STEM a
 pplications\, etc. while also inviting the public into that process to enc
 ourage their own ways to play and be creative.\n\nAs a science center\, we
 &rsquo\;d love for you to connect what you do to STEM concepts\, sharing s
 ome of what you do related to Science (How does it work. or tap into how t
 hings work or how we sense and interact with the world around us?)\, Techn
 ology (The tools you use\, and how you use them)\, Engineering (Solving pr
 oblems and challenges)\, and Math (Where and how do you use numbers?) so g
 uests can see how STEM is not only involved in play and creativity\, but a
 lso how play and creativity are vital to STEM innovation.  \n\nEvent date/
 time: Saturday\, August 8\, 2026\, 9:30am-4:30pm.\n\nA link to the registr
 ation form is included below. Please note that all registrations are due b
 y EOD\, Friday\, June 7th. As space is limited\, participation in the Expo
  is not guaranteed\, and will be confirmed by the week of July 2nd.\n\nSom
 e logistics:\n\nLoad-in for this event will begin at 8:30am on August 9th.
  If needed\, you can make prior arrangements with me for additional load i
 n time.\nWe&#039\;re asking exhibitors to register for a table space only 
 if they are able to engage with the public for the entire day\, from 9:30a
 m -4:30pm. We want all of our visitors to have the same opportunity and ex
 perience whether they come first thing in the morning or 30 minutes before
  we close. \nThere is also an option to provide a 15-20 min presentation o
 n an outdoor-related topic at our Energy Stage. Those presentation slots a
 re limited in number\, but we still invite you to apply for that opportuni
 ty if interested.
