Movie cody time!
well i started this last summer, and after a kick in the arse by dallas this weekend, i resumed Commander Cody. basicly i used EVO3's build as a rough guide. i have done a few things different so far. i think andy's cody is the best ones hands down, i just hope mine looks half as good as his.
here is roughly where he stood before,
i split the lid apart, kinda like what EVO3 did, and removing height from the lid.
you can see i cut through the ears to create the oval look we see in the film. i did this at this stage rather than later.

then i glued him back together, and split the helmet and stretched it out.

more progress! bondo has been applied around the neck ring and the final coats have been applied to the cheeks. next is to sand it all down and see where it stands. still lots to do, but ive put a hugh dent in it so far.

more progress today. i filled a few more spots, and roughed in the 'pads' on the top of the helmet. tomorrow they will get a nice coat of bondo.

Ok I have seen it in person and the photos don't do it justice. Nice job Mr. Jones keep up the good work and you will have a top notch Bucket. Oh, by the way I will be asking for one when it's done.
